Topeka Youth Project wants to welcome you to the “Job Bank”.  The Youth Project has always been there to meet the employment needs of our community youth and the employers who hire them. In 1983 we began the Jobs for Young Adult’s program serving more than 5,000 young adults with successful employment.

We feel it is time to move into the future with innovative employment assistant and that is the Job Bank. Employees no longer have to go employer to employer in order to find a job opening. With just one click you will have access to area jobs.

Employers will no longer have employees coming in to apply during a busy time, or having employees not meet the general requirements of the employer as the employer can list their profiles on the site.  All Jobs for Young Adults graduates resumes will be available on line to you, as these young people have completed 28-32 hours of employment/soft skills training. They have the skills you are looking for with communication, problem solving on the job, how to get along with boss and co-workers and how to get promoted. The program has a 96% employment rate.

If youth would like to learn the skills the employers are looking for, and  are 16-20 year of age, they can register on line for the next Jobs for Young Adult’s program.

This is just the beginning, we are planning on expanding Topeka Youth Project’s web page to include youth volunteer opportunities provide a youth calendar of events and much more so stand by.
